Returns & Refunds Policy

At Valley CBD, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy outlines how to return a product if you are not satisfied.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We invite you to try our products risk-free. If you are not satisfied after using a product consistently for at least two weeks, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a no-hassle refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit our Contact Page to send us a message.
  2. In your message, please include your Order Number and a brief reason for the return (e.g., faulty item, satisfaction guarantee).
  3. Our friendly customer service team will review your request and reply within 48 hours with the next steps.

General Returns Policy

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or it must be deemed faulty.
  • For non-faulty items, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Original packaging must be kept in order to process any refunds or replacements for faulty items.
  • Merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer may not be accepted for return or exchange (outside of our satisfaction guarantee).

Faulty Items

  • Please allow up to 48 hours after we have received your returned item for our team to investigate the fault.
  • If an item is confirmed to be faulty within 30 days of the purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund or a store credit to place a new order.
  • If an item is found to be faulty after 30 days but within our 90-day warranty period, we will offer a repair or store credit.
  • If an item is tested and found not to be faulty, it will be returned to you. In this case, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used CBD oils, balms, or other consumable products unless they are covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or are found to be faulty.
