Orders & Delivery

6 questions

Orders placed by 3:00 PM on a working day, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.

We use Royal Mail tracked services for UK orders so you can follow your parcel after dispatch.

Usually not. Most Valley CBD parcels are designed to fit through a standard letterbox and normally do not require a signature.

If you provide an email address at checkout, tracking is sent when your order is dispatched. If you cannot find it, email hello@valleycbd.co.uk with your order number or postcode.

Check the tracking first. If the parcel appears delayed or the tracking is unclear, contact us with your order number or postcode and we will help you investigate it.

Yes, international delivery is available to supported destinations. Orders over £80 qualify for free express international delivery; below that amount, the delivery charge is calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or local import fees, and should check the rules for CBD at their destination before ordering.

Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

5 questions

Yes. Valley CBD offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Return requests should be started within 30 days of the delivery date.

Email hello@valleycbd.co.uk with your order number and briefly tell us why you would like to return the product. We will send you the return instructions.

Yes. Please provide your order confirmation, receipt or other proof of purchase so we can locate and process the order correctly.

Customers normally cover return postage. If the item is defective or we made an error with your order, you will not be expected to cover the return cost.

Once the return has been received, inspected and approved, the refund is processed back to the original payment method. Our current policy allows 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Valley CBD Oils

7 questions

Our current 30ml range includes 10% (3,000mg), 20% (6,000mg), 30% (9,000mg) and 40% (12,000mg) CBD oils.

The percentage describes the concentration of CBD in the oil. A higher percentage means more CBD in the same volume of liquid; it does not automatically mean the product is a better choice for every person.

Those figures describe the total stated amount of CBD in the full 30ml bottle. The percentage and the total milligrams are two different ways of describing the strength of the product.

Our current CBD oils are made using CBD isolate rather than a full-spectrum hemp extract. Check the individual product page and label for the exact formulation of the oil you are buying.

Our oils are formulated around purified CBD isolate rather than a dark raw hemp extract, and the formulation is designed to reduce the strong grassy or bitter taste that some people dislike in CBD oil.

Start by comparing the concentration and total CBD rather than assuming stronger is automatically better. We are happy to explain the differences between our products, but we do not prescribe a personalised CBD dose or recommend CBD for treating a medical condition.

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Always follow the storage instructions on the product label.

5000mg CBD Balm

6 questions

The current balm contains 5,000mg of CBD in a 50ml tin, equivalent to 100mg of CBD per ml of balm.

The current formula uses three main ingredients: CBD isolate, arnica extract and a refined shea-butter base. Always check the product label for the most current ingredient information.

No added fragrance is used in the current formula. It is designed to be unscented rather than having a strong menthol, herbal or perfume smell.

Take a small amount and massage it into clean, intact skin. Use the directions on the product label and avoid applying it to broken, raw or irritated skin.

The balm is made with a soft shea-butter-based formula, so it warms and spreads quickly when it contacts warm skin. This makes a small amount easy to massage over the area.

Keep the tin cool, dry and away from direct sunlight or strong heat. Because the balm is designed to soften with warmth, high temperatures can make it much softer than usual.

Ingredients, Lab Reports & THC

6 questions

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a laboratory report for the particular material or sample that was tested. The results should always be read together with the sample description, batch information and the tests actually listed on the report.

The current published report relates to the CBD isolate ingredient used to formulate our products. In the tested isolate sample, the laboratory reported 99.3% CBD and total THC below its limit of quantitation. View the current CBD isolate COA. The report is for the ingredient sample, not an independent potency test of a finished oil or balm.

No. An ingredient COA verifies the sample of CBD isolate that the laboratory tested; it is not the same thing as an independent potency test of the finished 50ml balm. We do not want to present an ingredient report as if it were a finished-product test.

No. It supports the identity or purity information for the CBD ingredient tested by the laboratory. Finished-product strength is a separate question and should only be described as independently verified if the finished bottle or batch was itself tested for potency.

Yes, our current oils and 5,000mg balm are formulated using CBD isolate. The current CBD isolate COA reports 99.3% CBD and total THC below the laboratory limit of quantitation for the isolate sample tested. That report relates to the ingredient sample, not an independently tested finished oil or balm.

No. We do not guarantee the outcome of workplace, roadside, sporting or other drug tests. Testing policies and detection thresholds vary, and official UK guidance warns that consumers should still consider possible exposure to controlled cannabinoids even where a CBD product is described as THC-free.

Safety & UK Information

5 questions

CBD itself is not intoxicating in the way THC is. CBD products can, however, contain trace controlled cannabinoids depending on the product, which is why the actual composition and relevant laboratory information matter.

Pure CBD itself is not a controlled drug in the UK, but the legal status of a finished CBD product also depends on factors such as controlled cannabinoids and the rules applying to the type of product being sold. CBD foods are also subject to the UK novel-foods framework.

CBD can interact with some medicines. Current Food Standards Agency guidance advises people taking medication to avoid CBD unless they have discussed it with an appropriate medical professional.

Current Food Standards Agency guidance advises people who are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive to avoid CBD because of remaining safety uncertainties.

We can explain our product strengths, ingredients and label information, but we do not diagnose conditions, prescribe individual CBD doses or present our food supplements as treatments for disease. For personal medical or medication advice, speak to a doctor or pharmacist and consult current official UK guidance.
