I've bought this for my carpal tunnel syndrome. It arrived within 2 days and I have been applying it quite frequently for the first two days, and now use it 2-4x daily. I can now sleep without wrist splints and and get a lot less tingling and numbness than before.
I also take Vit B6, but started that a little later and had already noticed considerable improvement on CBD balm alone. I love it and will buy again!

Seems to reduce the time of my flare ups of my arthritis , need to keep talking it daily for a few months to be sure , but combination of fish oil and turmeric and cbd oil is the more natural way to help my arthritis
